Our CMO

Chief Motivation Officer: Xavier Crawford is the heart behind The Dee Brief and proudly serves as the brand’s Chief Motivation Officer. At just 7 years old, Xavier is already inspiring audiences of all ages with his wisdom, warmth, and big brother energy.

Born weighing only 1.5 pounds and arriving 15 weeks early, Xavier’s life began as a miracle—and he’s been defying odds ever since. Today, he’s thriving as a curious, confident, and compassionate leader who loves books, weather reports, and making people smile.

Through his signature segment, “Mini Moments of Motivation with Xavier,” he shares bite-sized encouragement and leadership lessons from a kid’s perspective. Whether he’s cheering on his brother Isaiah, offering daily affirmations, or reminding grown-ups to believe in themselves, Xavier brings light and legacy into every room he enters.

When he’s not motivating the masses, you can find Xavier playing outside, practicing his future meteorologist skills, or dreaming up his next big idea with Mommy (Coach Dee Dee).

With nearly 20 years of corporate experience, Coach Dee Dee has trained and coached thousands of leaders across the U.S. and internationally. She has led high-impact leadership programs, served as the voice and face of enterprise-wide training, and hosted virtual broadcasts reaching audiences of 10,000+. Her career began as a cable television news anchor for SoulBeat Television—one of the first Black-owned cable music video networks—cementing her lifelong love for storytelling and presence.

Coach Dee Dee is a wife, a proud boy mom, and a fierce advocate for neurodiversity and legacy leadership. Her two miracle sons, Xavier and Isaiah, inspire many of her affirmations, children’s books, and coaching programs. Xavier, a gifted child born at just 1.5 pounds, and Isaiah, her autistic second-born, are both central to her family legacy and brand story. She believes in building confidence from the playground to the boardroom.

She is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a degree in Speech Communication and holds an Executive Coaching Certification from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business. She is a Certified Confidence Coach, Christian Life Coach and has additional certifications in DISC and Hogan.
