3.1 Participation

• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared

• Complete assigned exercises and homework between sessions

• Provide honest and accurate information during coaching

• Maintain confidentiality of other participants in group settings

• Take responsibility for implementing coaching strategies and advice
   

3.2 Communication

• Provide at least 24 hours notice for session cancellations

• Maintain professional communication standards

• Respond to coaching materials and requests in a timely manner

4. Coach Responsibilities

4.1 Professional Standards

• Provide coaching services with professional competence

• Maintain confidentiality of all client information

• Respect client autonomy and decision-making

• Provide a safe and supportive coaching environment

4.2 Boundaries

• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment

• We do not provide mental health diagnosis or treatment

• Clients with mental health concerns should seek appropriate professional help

5. Payment Terms
5.1 Private Coaching

• Payment is due in full before services begin unless payment plan is agreed upon

• Payment plans require signed agreement and may include processing fees

• Missed payments may result in suspension of services
   

5.2 Group Programs

• Full payment or first installment due upon enrollment

• No refunds after program begins unless specified in program terms

• Payment plans available for qualifying programs
   

5.3 Speaking Engagements

• 50% deposit required to secure booking

• Balance due 30 days before event date

• Travel expenses billed separately if applicable
   

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Client Cancellations

• Private Sessions: 24-hour cancellation notice required or session fee is forfeited

• Group Programs: Refunds available up to 7 days after enrollment, minus processing fees

• Speaking Engagements: Client cancellations more than 90 days before event: 50% refund; less than 90 days: no refund
