We are committed to your satisfaction and transformation. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds across all our coaching services. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any services.
General Refund Principles

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email

Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of approval

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing fees (3-5%) may be deducted from refund amounts

Partial services rendered are calculated on a prorated basis
Service-Specific Refund Policies
Premium 1-on-1 Coaching
Satisfaction Guarantee

Full refund available within the first 30 days if you attend all scheduled sessions and complete assigned work but are not satisfied with your progress

After 30 days: Prorated refund available based on unused sessions, minus a 20% administrative fee
Early Termination by Client

Sessions 1-4: 80% refund of remaining package value

Sessions 5-8: 60% refund of remaining package value

Sessions 9+: 40% refund of remaining package value

Final 6 sessions: No refund available
Payment Plan Cancellations

If on a payment plan, remaining payments can be canceled with 30 days written notice

Sessions already completed are non-refundable

Early termination fee may apply (equivalent to one session fee)
Group Coaching Programs
Before Program Starts

Full refund available up to 7 days before program start date

50% refund available 3-7 days before program start date

No refund available within 72 hours of program start
After Program Begins

Week 1-2: 70% refund of remaining program value

Week 3-4: 50% refund of remaining program value

After Week 4: No refunds available
Special Circumstances

Medical emergencies with documentation: Case-by-case review

Military deployment: Full credit toward future programs
